Competitive Rates

Yes, we pride ourselves on our quality work, however our costs are not something that you will have to go in debt to pay. We make sure that all of our prices are aligned according to company standards, competitive trade rates & margins. We also try our best to give discounts wherever possible.

In order to make sure that our customers know what they’re paying for, we provide a complete breakdown of the individual costs for all trades as a draft. A complete package is then put together as a final quote. This document can either be personally delivered, emailed or posted to you.

In the first consultation, you’ll meet an open-minded, qualified builder who is going to listen to every requirement with full attention. This is the level of service you can expect throughout the duration of your project.

Your project maybe small, and we may only need to help you with some inside knowledge and/or tips etc or you may need our full services. We’ll ask all the right questions to gain a full picture of the end result you are looking for. Over the years we have built strong & reliable relationships with all tradies, however we’re also very open to working with any tradies that you have in mind.

If a building consent is required, the next step would be to send us a draft plan, so that we can then start drafting a quote. It can take us approximately 3-4 weeks to return the draft pricing, as we have a lot to consider regarding the estimated time, the price of materials, manpower required level of detail etc. Once this is done, we invite you to go over the draft and talk to us about every aspect of the costs.

Apart from that, you can be rest assured, since our professional relationship will be bound through pen and paper. We use Certified Builder’s Contracts to ensure the quality of our work. We offer a wide variety of contracts that range from simple repairs to complex constructions and projects.

To keep you up to date with the whole scenario of your project, we will give you weekly updates to keep you on track with the work. We’ll discuss the current status of the construction and more importantly, how your budget is looking.

Now that we’re talking about budgets, we require 10% of the total amount to be deposited which is returned at the end of the job. Some larger projects require a higher deposit. Once the deposit is received, it’s time to lock in your preferred start date.
